Lovelee is part of the Chin Chin Group. Chin Chin Group aims to give unexpected experiences that will last, by innovating Amsterdam’s hospitality industry.

Located on the bustling Leidseplein, center of Amsterdam, Lovelee is a Young Cult Club that connects people through Music, Art and Ideas. Lovelee is a discotheque, creative hotbed, art gallery and concert hall. Lovelee curates a diverse and vibrant program, from concerts to club nights, exhibitions to live performances and now also a radio stream. Lovelee has a strong focus on facilitating and creating an inspiring platform where young hearted artist can explore, discover and cultivate their talents and ideas. Lovelee welcomes people from all walks of life, where it is less about where you are from, but more about where you want to be.

Lovelee is looking for a Lovelee Stage Manager! What will you do?

As a stage manager, you are the face of Lovelee to the artists. This means that we think you should always look presentable, and be hospitable. A smile works wonders!
You are the first contact with the artist(s), you check beforehand if everything is to your needs (think of the setup, the layout and the sound);
Stage manager: as the word says, you manage the stage and have a position of authority so use it when you have to. Artists are your priority as host of the DJ booth during club nights and events;
You receive the artists, take care of their drinks, check the booth for tidiness and cleanliness;
Works closely with our tech department, club managers and security guards via walkie-talkies to ensure everything runs smoothly on the night.

What days?
Lovelee Club nights take place on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Events may be organized on the other days of the week.

Night work is a must with this position, so a passion for nightlife, electronic music, art and events will come in handy;
Someone with good communication skills? You will be infrequent contact with all of our artists and associates, so it is also important that you are good at remembering faces;
We are looking for someone who is proactive and motivated;
Someone with at least 1 year experience in a similar position?
Someone who likes to go the extra mile and take responsibility for your own work?

‍Lovelee maakt onderdeel uit van de Chin Chin Group. Chin Chin Group streeft naar onverwachte ervaringen die blijvend zijn, door de Amsterdamse horeca te innoveren.

Gelegen aan het bruisende Leidseplein, centrum van Amsterdam, is Lovelee een Young Cult Club die mensen verbindt door middel van Muziek, Kunst en Ideeën. Lovelee is een discotheek, creatieve broedplaats, kunstgalerie en concertzaal. Lovelee stelt een divers en levendig programma samen, van concerten tot clubavonden, van tentoonstellingen tot live performances en nu ook een radiostream. Lovelee heeft een sterke focus op het faciliteren en creëren van een inspirerend platform waar jonge kunstenaars hun talenten en ideeën kunnen verkennen, ontdekken en cultiveren. Lovelee verwelkomt mensen uit alle lagen van de bevolking, waarbij het minder gaat om waar je vandaan komt, maar meer om waar je wilt zijn.

Lovelee is op zoek naar een Lovelee Stage Manager! Wat ga je doen?

Als stagemanager ben je het gezicht van Lovelee naar de artiesten toe. Dit betekent dat wij vinden dat je er altijd representatief uit ziet, en gastvrij bent. Een glimlach doet wonderen!
Je bent het eerste contact met de artiest(en), je checkt voorafgaand of alles naar wens is (denk hierbij aan de setup, de indeling en de sound);
Stagemanager: zoals het woord het al zegt manage je de stage en heb je een functie met autoriteit dus gebruik het ook wanneer het moet. Artiesten zijn jouw prioriteit als gastheer/vrouw van de DJ booth tijdens club avonden en events;
Je ontvangt de artiesten, zorgt voor hun drankjes, controleert/houdt de booth bij op netheid/schoonheid;
Werkt nauw samen met onze techniek afdeling, de club managers en beveiligers via de porto’s om te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt op de avond.

Welke dagen?

Lovelee Club avonden vinden plaats op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag. Op de andere dagen van de week kunnen evenementen georganiseerd worden.
