Independent cook– Calle Ocho

We are looking for an independent cook! If you like variety in your work and a tidy workplace, then we are looking for you! As an independent cook you are working with the most delicious Latin American dishes and you will be supported by the assistant cook.

Calle Ocho is part of the Chin Chin Group. Chin Chin Group strives to create unexpected experiences that last, by innovating the Amsterdam hospitality industry. Calle Ocho is a warm, fun and vibrant late-night cocktailbar and restaurant in the Pijp area of Amsterdam. The street food and cocktailmenu are inspired by 8th Street in Little Havana, Miami; the melting pot of different (Latin American) cultures.

Among other things, what do you do during your shift?

  •   Preparing Mise en place;
  •   Receiving and checking delivered items;
  •   Independently preparing dishes;
  •   Contributing creativity to the menu;
  •   Ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.

Are you?

  •   Someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  •   Someone with good knowledge of HACCP and Social Hygiene;

Wij zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandig kok! Houd jij van afwisseling in je werk en van een opgeruimde werkplek dan zijn wij opzoek naar jou! Als zelfstandig kok ben je bezig met de lekkerste Latijns-Amerikaanse gerechten en krijg je ondersteuning van de hulp kok.

Calle Ocho maakt onderdeel uit van de Chin Chin Group. Chin Chin Group streeft naar onverwachte ervaringen die blijvend zijn, door de Amsterdamse horeca te innoveren. Wat doe je onder andere tijdens je dienst?

  •   Mise en place voorbereiden;
  •   Het ontvangen en controleren van geleverde artikelen;
  •   Zelfstandig bereiden van gerechten;
  •   Creativiteit bijdragen aan het menu;
  •   Zorgen voor een schone en georganiseerde keuken.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
